COUNTERNOTIFICATION TO CLAIMED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If a notice of copyright violation has been registered with the site proprietor and/or the ISP against you, the proprietor and/or the ISP will try to notify you and provide you with a copy of the notification of copyright violation. If you have a good faith belief that you have been wrongfully accused, you may file a counter notification with the web site proprietor and/or the ISP. If web site owner and/or the ISP get a valid counter notification, the DMCA provides that the removed or blocked data will be restored or re-enabled.
The internet site owner and/or the ISP will exchange the removed material and stop disabling access to it in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days succeeding receipt of the counter notice, unless the site proprietor and/or ISP first gets notice from the protestant party that such complaining party has filed an action searching a court order to restrict the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on this site.
